Wool means more sleep for everybody

Camilla discovered the wonders of wool, and her boys now sleep more peacefully.

I have two active little boys: Anton Emil (4) and Carl Gustav (1). Both boys become very warm when they sleep, which previously meant that they slept uneasily. Almost by accident, I discovered that wool was the solution. I now make sure that they wear wool next to their skin when they sleep, and as a result they no longer have the same problems with their temperature. The wool keeps them dry as well, so they're not too cold either. When Carl Gustav wakes after a midday nap, I can see that he is neither too hot nor too cold. In fact, he has started sleeping a little longer during the day, and I feel that he is sleeping better. It seems that his sleep is uninterrupted, which means he is in a better mood while he's awake.

Wool underclothes are also good for Anton Emil when he is playing outside. One minute, he's running around, and then all of a sudden he stops to sit and play. It is great that the wool keeps him dry so he doesn't get cold.

It was only after we had our second child, Carl Gustav, that I discovered what a difference wool can make. I now warmly recommend using wool clothes for children. As parents, we love it when our children sleep well - because this means that we sleep better, too!
